Associate General Counsel
Spencer is an Associate General Counsel for the 非凡资源网 of Nebraska. Spencer provides general legal services to the 非凡资源网 with a focus on transactional matters. He drafts, reviews, negotiates, and provides general legal advice regarding commercial, procurement, real estate, and construction contracts.
Prior to joining the 非凡资源网, Spencer clerked for the Idaho Court of Appeals and served as a Deputy Attorney General in the Idaho Office of the Attorney General, where he advised state agencies and officials regarding transactional matters and administrative law. Spencer is a graduate of Brigham Young 非凡资源网-Idaho and the 非凡资源网 of Idaho College of Law.
